Run by the two people whose names are on it.
Jennifer and Jose Loyola started J&J Spotless Cleaning in 2017 as an independently owned and operated franchise. They still quote every job, train every crew member and walk the buildings themselves.
Being part of a franchise system means hospital-grade products and proven methods. Being owner-operated means you can call and reach the person responsible.

What we hold ourselves to
- Reliability
- We show up when we said we would and the work looks the same on visit fifty as on visit one.
- Quality
- Professional-grade products and equipment, used by people trained on them.
- Trust
- Fully insured and bonded. Every team member is vetted before they enter your building.
- Flexibility
- Nights, weekends, school breaks. We build the schedule around your operation.
